Why Create The Play of the Game®... Sports Video Highlights Website? by Joel Kirsh

Everyone who loves sports is fascinated by the amazing play, the game winning shot, the underdog defeating the overwhelming favorite, the heart warming story of courage and sportsmanship. Every highlight show, recap of the sports event, sports anchor, sports show uses the phrase, "Let's Go to THE Play of the Game!!"

I love sports and I too have always been fascinated by The Play of the Game. I cannot wait to watch the top 10 plays, the greatest plays of the year, the recap of the big game. When my team wins the big game, I will watch the late night local sports shows to watch all of the highlights on different stations even though they are SAME highlights. Call me crazy...but I suspect that there are many die hard sports fans EXACTLY like me.

Likewise, having participated in sports my entire life, and having coached Little League Sports the past several years, I have seen the games video taped by parents, coaches, friends, aunts, uncles, grandparents and slblings.

So that is why The Play of the Game® was created. I found it essential to create a website for sports fan to not only see great videos and photos from all sports from every level from Little League to Professional Sports, but as important, a place where they can finally post all of their favorite sports videos, photos, blogs and anything sports related of their own kids, players they coach or cheer for, their favorite players or teams or anyone they know.

I would love for The Play of the Game® to be THE website that everyone goes to find the very best sports has to offer.
